Welcome to the CreatureDex App, developed by NextGenIT devs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application to explore Creature data, TCG cards, and battle statistics.

1. Information We Collect

The CreatureDexApp is designed to be used without requiring a personal account or registration. However, we collect certain data to provide features like premium status and crash reporting.

A. Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, model, and operating system version.
• App usage statistics (e.g., which Creature or TCG sets are viewed most).
• Crash logs and diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics.
• General location data (IP address) to serve relevant advertisements.

B. In-App Purchases (Subscriptions)

If you purchase CeatureDex Premium, transactions are processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not store your credit card information; however, we store a persistent "Premium" flag and your purchased Plan ID on your device to unlock features.

C. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free users. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising IDs (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
• App interaction data and ad performance metrics.

• To provide Creature data via PokeAPI and TCG data.
• To manage and restore Premium subscriptions.

We use the following third-party providers to enhance your experience:

• PokeAPI: Provides the core Creature data and sprites.
• Creature TCG API: Provides trading card data and images.
• Firebase: Used for configuration management and crash reporting.
• Google AdMob: Used for advertising services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your "Favorites" and "Premium status" locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, this local data may be deleted. Premium status can be restored using the "Restore Purchase" feature within the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The CreatureDexApp is a general audience application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All data used (Creature names, stats, etc.) is public information provided by the cited APIs.
